Rover Radio Release Keys.
Rover 75
To remove the Alpine Cassette Players using the set of two Autoleads PC5-93
radio release keys you must first remove the trim panel above it. Underneath the
walnut trim at the top of the radio is a black plastic under cover that must be prised
off to reveal the two screws holding in the walnut trim. Once removed there are two
screws at the top edge of the radio, and care must be taken to remove these screws
as they are easily dropped down the sides due to their inaccessibility. Once removed,
insert the release tools into the lower slots and release the radio.
Rover 400 -600 & Other Models
If you are removing the Blaupunkt or Philips CD Player or Cassette Player using the
pair of Autoleads PC5-83 radio release keys simply insert the release keys into
the small holes on each side of radio, apply pressure outwards on the release keys
whilst pulling them towards you. The unit should now slide out.
